Angela Carscadden

Founder & CEO

Angela Carscadden is an educator, certified coach, and founder of Nuvia. With more than 25 years of experience in education across international schools and diverse communities, Angela has worked as a teacher, instructional coach, and educational leader, developing a deep understanding of children as individuals—with unique strengths, challenges, personalities, and potential.

Angela holds a Master’s in Education, Principal Certification, and professional coaching credentials through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her approach brings together her extensive experience in education and child development with evidence-informed coaching practices, creating a space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to discover their own answers.

At Nuvia, she believes that when young people understand who they are, recognize their strengths, and learn to navigate their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and goals, they are better equipped to move through life with confidence and resilience.

Heidi LeGassick, Art and Communication Coach at Nuvia

Heidi LeGassick

Art & Communication Coach / Executive Functioning Coach

Heidi is an international educator and art teacher with a Master’s degree in Education and over 20 years of experience working with children. Throughout her career, she has seen how creativity can give children a comfortable, natural way to express what they’re thinking and feeling—especially when words alone are hard to find.

By bringing together her experience in education, art, and coaching, she creates a relaxed, supportive space where children can express themselves and explore what’s happening in their world.

For Heidi, the combination of art and coaching is a natural extension of the work she has always loved: connecting with children, listening to what matters to them, and helping them find their own way forward.
