A space for young people to grow with confidence.

Over more than 20 years of working with children and families, our founder and CEO, Angela, began to notice a common gap.

Parents would often say, “My child doesn't have big enough problems to see a psychologist, but I know they need more support than they're currently getting with a counsellor.”

These children and teens weren't necessarily facing a clinical or mental health concern. They were simply experiencing the challenges that come with growing up—struggling with confidence, friendships, motivation, transitions, self-belief, or understanding who they are.

Angela recognized an opportunity to support children and teens in this space. She became an internationally accredited coach and brought together her extensive experience in education with her training in professional coaching to create Nuvia.

Nuvia exists to help children and teens better understand who they are, where they are now, and who they want to become. Through coaching, we help young people develop the self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and sense of direction they can carry with them—not just through childhood, but into whatever comes next.
